I`ve finished our wedding day timline. Just to see that everything is put in time and now I know, when we will have dinner (aproximately). I do not want to have a tight timeline, so I took for everything something more minutes. I absolutely do not want anybody in a rush.

are you sure, you want to do the wedding dance before eating? usually it is being done after eating to open the party.

The timing of the wedding dance comes from the croatian site. But we will see: If we are in time, we will dance before dinner - if not after.

also...der Hochzeitstanz ist eigentlich erst nach dem Essen...und 20 Uhr finde ich zu spät fürs Essen...oder ist das in Kroatien so üblich? Zum Glück sind wir ja in Deutschland *blinzel*.
90 Minuten mit dem Glas in der Hand herumstehen bevor man sich seinen Platz im Saal suchen darf..hmmm...warum muß der Saal eigentlich geöffnet werden?
und wann kriegst du den Schleier ab...vor oder nach dem Strauß werfen...und wie ist das dann mit der Torte anschneiden...braucht es dazu nicht noch den Strauß..für die Bilder?...Fragen über Fragen...*seufz* ...ich glaub das mußt du mir mal genau erklären..hdl Mama
Das der Hochzeitstanz vor dem Essen stattfindet, ist in Kroatien Tradition. Das werden wir aber dann spontan entscheiden, je nachdem wie wir in der Zeit sind.
Der Sektempfang findet im Schlosshof statt (sofern das Wetter mitspielt). Bis dann all 180 Leutles in Ettlingen eingetrudelt sind und ein Gläsle Sekt in der Hand haben zum anstoßen, wird auch noch einige Zeit ins Land fließen.
Wir brauchen während des Empfangs min. 1 Std. Zeit für das Fotoshooting. Parallel dazu gibt es die Fotoaktion (Gästebuchersatz) für die Gäste, damit die auch beschäftigt sind. Ich denke diese Zeit wird sehr schnell vorbei gehen.
In den Saal kann man zu dieser Zeit nicht, weil das Catering das Buffet im Foyer aufbaut. 20.00 Uhr Abendessen find ich persönlich sehr angenehm ;o)
Den Schleier möchte ich eigentlich schon vor dem Essen abnehmen. Da der Schleier sehr lang ist und ich damit auch nicht gut tanzen kann. Ich werde dann dafür die Gardenia ins Haar stecken.
Wieso brauche im beim Torte anschneiden den Strauß??? Das verstehe ich nicht ;o) Die Fotos vom Strauß können wir vorher machen. Der Fotograf wird um Mitternacht mit aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr da sein. Und wenn es klappt, werde ich ja einen separaten Wurfstrauß haben und den richtigen Strauß Opa aufs Grab legen.

I have been a wedding dj for over thirty years, and I almost always have the first dance after dinner. Sure it is up to you, but if you want to follow tradition then it is after dinner.
